User Agreement (in plain English)
Browsing our site and placing an order of any item listed
on this site constitutes acceptance of the user agreement as follows:
This is a legal agreement between you and us. If you
do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use
this site or place an order. (No
thanks, get me out of here)
1. Purchasing
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an
order. If we receive an "undeliverable" error message,
we immediately put the item back for sale. Please be sure that
your email address is valid.
Please make your payment in full
including shipping and handling fees via a payment method accepted
within an agreed time frame (details). We do not hold your item
longer than the agreed time period unless we have a prior agreement.
2. Payment Method (details)
We accept PayPal as an online
payment, direct bank deposit, and postal
money orders (no other money orders or cashier's checks), and Western
Union Money Transfer.
If paid via PayPal, only confirmed
U.S. addresses may be
used for shipment. If you have had a prior transaction with us and wish your
item to be shipped to a different address, please notify us with your
email address that you used for the prior transaction, your full name, and
your confirmed address with PayPal. If this is your first time
to purchase from us, we cannot ship to an unconfirmed address.
Please use another payment method.
3. Authenticity
Every item listed for sale is guaranteed
authentic. If any dispute over authenticity arises, you must
submit the item to a Louis Vuitton store manager
(no other staff members) or Louis Vuitton factory
(through their retail store) to authenticate
the item within 10 days after receiving the item. You must be
present at the store with the item when we speak to the Louis Vuitton store
manager, as Louis Vuitton does not issue a written statement of
authenticity. So please let us know the store location and the
appointment time you have with the store manager. If and when
the store manager decides to send it to the factory, we expand the
inspection period until you receive it back from the store.
4. Condition of the Item
Due to the nature of items listed for sale (used),
there is no guarantee or warrantee other than authenticity, and all items are sold "as
is". If you feel the description and photographs grossly
misrepresented the item, please contact within 3 days upon receiving
it. Every item is carefully inspected with 30+ photographs to
prevent false claim.
5. Returns
Please email us within 3 days to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns. Any returns must be made within 3 days upon receiving,
via insured priority mail with delivery confirmation, registered
priority mail, or
Overnight Express at your cost. 15% restocking fee occurs, and
shipping/handling fees are not refundable. Item must be found in
its original condition to be granted any refund.
6. Legal Disputes
Should a legal dispute arise, all cases must be filed
in the County of San Diego, CA.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials found on this site, including but not
limited to photographs, descriptions, graphic images, documents,
and information are owned by the site owner and protected by the
International Copyright Law. No materials contained in this web
site may be copied, distributed, downloaded, posted, reproduced, or
replicated without a proper written consent of the site owner.
8. Privacy Policy
Any personal information exchanged between you and us,
including but not limited to full names, email addresses, phone/fax
numbers, physical addresses, may not be shared, given, or sold to a third
party for any reason.
