Many of you have known me over the years from eBay ID
"MrsTroppo".
"Troppo" is not a name but an Italian word often used in music
terms. We are using this word for our business name.
eBay was my starting point of selling used Louis Vuitton, but an overwhelming number of requests led us to open a web shop here. We
are not a fly-by-night Louis Vuitton seller, and we do not give you just
a couple of pictures and a paragraph of description. We have
handled over 600 Louis Vuitton items in the past 5 years.
Due to the
nature of our items (pre-owned), we try to describe each item as
detailed as possible so that you can be comfortable knowing the
condition. If you are looking for new, mint, or perfect items, we
are less likely to have them. So please know that 99% of our items are used.
We are not affiliated with the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group. Louis
Vuitton only has "official" anything within itself. There is
no wholesale, discounts, factory rejects, or warehouse clearance.
While online trading is saturated with fakes and criminals, our items'
authenticity is 100% guaranteed.
We have extensively studied authentication for years, and there is no
guessing. If we question authenticity by any degree, the item is
submitted to Louis Vuitton for authentication. So please enjoy your

About Our Items
What we offer is pre-owned (used) items. Once
any article leaves a Louis Vuitton boutique and is handled, we do not
consider it "brand new". "Brand new" and
"unused" are different by our definition.
Our specialty is the classic Louis Vuitton Monogram
Canvas line. Other fabrics (such as Damier, Epi, Taiga, etc.) or limited special
editions (such as Cherry Blossom, Multi Color, etc. ) are not the
majority of our items but offered in a limited quantity.
Most used pieces have some blemishes or changes,
compared to what you get straight from a boutique. They may have
stains, scuffs, discoloration, broken stitches, darkened leather (not
considered a blemish), scratches, and so on. We try to offer items
without major blemishes that affect functionality or overall appearance, such as severe
stains, cuts/holes/tears/cracks, or loose/broken stitches. Many
items are submitted to Louis Vuitton for repair, such as re-stitching or
replacement of pocket linings prior to offering them for sale. However, there is no guarantees or
warranties that we can offer other than authenticity of the item, as we
cannot predict which thread is getting weak and about to break, when zippers
may get sticky, When the leather wears out, and so forth. Each item is
inspected thoroughly and priced according to the degree of
blemishes. So please understand you are looking at
"used" items, and our items may not be for you if you are
looking for "even tanning of the leather", "no
stains", "no scuffs", and so on. We try our best to
describe blemishes as thoroughly as possible, but we cannot present
every inch of the item online.
Odors are perceived very differently by different
individuals. Due to the nature of "used" items, our
items may have odors. We usually do not know if the previous owner
is a smoker, a frequent visitor to a smoky bar, a pet owner, or caused
any stains that may result in a specific odor. When the odor is
obvious, we mention it in the description. However, if you are
extremely sensitive to any particular odor, used items are not for
you. For example, I cannot stand a hint of "musty or
mildew" odors (makes me cry) that does not bother my husband as
much. I am not bothered by perfume or make up scents, but they
bother him a great deal. So if you have a sensitivity or allergy,
you should avoid used items.
